In which troubles or problems hypnosis can be applied?

Ifve experienced that hypnosis is very helpful in every position about people like to win the golf and tennis match or to gain motivation for people to do exercises. To sum up in one sentence, hypnosis can be applied to control behaviors, to change thoughts and to control body by using the mind.

Hypnosis also can be applied or is known to be applied for interesting wishes as follows:

  1. To drink more water and to eat less sweet.
  1. Not to add much salt in meal (to prevent this with hypnotic suggestions)
  1. To remember where the wedding ring was left or lost.
  1. Not to forget cleaning teeth before sleeping by the help of hypnotic inspirations.
  1. To put less sweet in tea.
  1. To remember clearly the face of a relative lost years ago and meet again.
  1. To remember clearly the song listened and loved so much in childhood.
  1. To leave the habit of turning a pen in hands.
  1. To avoid tiredness and laziness of housewives during working.
  1. When it is necessary, to be able to say people eno!f
  1. To leave vegetarianism.
  1.  To overcome the fear of military service.
  1. To be stingy to make money.
  1. Not to leave the doors and drawers of cupboards.
  1.  to be courageous to want extra money from your boss.

Prof.Dr. Adnan Ziyalar, in one of his hypnosis course at university, claimed that there is no area in life so that hypnosis can not be applied.
